For endless options, visit downtown Dubuque restaurants where you can find Brazen, L`May`s, and so many more. It`s just about 20 minutes away from the cottage. Be sure to make reservations in advance at these restaurants.

There are many wonderful places to hike and waterways to paddle within a 30-minute drive. Explore the outdoor oasis along the Mississippi River, the Mines of Spain Recreation Area, the Maquoketa Caves, Eagle Point Park, and more. Frank Lloyd Wright home is just over an hour drive away, in Spring Green Wisconsin. Dubuque has two museums in the area to visit. The Dubuque Art Museum and The Dubuque River Museum both offer exhibits and collections that document the history of the Dubuque region.
